@Matthew – I don’t think I understand what you’re saying. Isn’t Legacy able to play cards from any set already? Why would what’s legal in Modern affect Legacy? Are you just referring to the fact that these cards are going to be easier to get due to the change in price and availability? I would say that Modern is going to be affected far more by this than Legacy, if that’s the case.

maybe, but I think it will please legacy players more seeing as they weren’t playable in modern before this.
