That was very entertaining guys. And full of solid info. I especially like that you guys almost came to blows over Furnace Celebrations! I am not a fan of the card but can see how it’s better now than in SSS. Slasher/Wellspring make it much more appealing to play the Celebration.

Keep it up and looking forward to more.

Hey guys –

Love the videos as always and I particularly love the retro drafts. Two things:

1. Don’t listen to the people who say you should talk less. The content is great and never boring.
2. It seems to me there was a play mistake in G1R1 that both of you glossed over. It’s SUPER nitty but nevertheless seems like something you would normally cover. When you whiff on the clone shell you chose to put a mountain under it rather than a swamp. That land is going to be exiled and since you already have both swamps you should want to keep as many mountains as you can (even if you’ll only reach it if you hit the bottom of your deck or if it gets reshuffled) because of Koth. Am I missing something?

Furnace celebration may not be too good, but it is amusing. For example, Match 2, Game 1, you could have done what you did to win, or you could have played the second furnace celebration with the dross hopper then next turn use Koth’s -2 for extra mana, sac the spin engine and gold myr, pay 8 to deal 8 damage and then swing with scudder and dross hopper (lol, flying relevant) for lethal.

btw, now that I’ve seen you guys do a few retrodrafts and live drafts, I have to say that the Retro mode is significantly better. It just fits your guys’s style so much better, so please bring more of them!!
