MTGO Academy Fan Satisfaction Survey

Dear MTGO Academy Reader/Viewer/Fan,

Thank you for taking the time to consider our survey questionnaire. We are looking to see which aspects of our website and business you are aware of and enjoy, and how frequently you engage them.

You can link to the survey in a new window by clicking here. Please read the questions and answer choices carefully, but know that it is quite short (only 19 multiple choice questions) and shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete.

At the end of the survey, an advertisement for survey software may pop up for you. If it does, you do not need to click on it or enter any of your information. At that point you have already completed the survey.

(This post will be ‘stickied’ to the top of the front page for at least two weeks. Thank you for bearing the inconvenience.)

Sincerely,
MTGO Academy Staff

  1. Hi everyone,

First, thanks for your works and all, this site is premium quality.

I wanted to share a thought with you, about your Marketing/store and cie…

You do whatever the hell you want, but if i were you i would ask in the survey how many people aren’t from the USA, since for my part, this is the principal reason why i don’t buy my magic stuff in you shop ; (maybe could you develop an delivery system to Europe … ?)

I don’t know if it will be helpful but nonetheless i think it s a legitimate question.

  2. Hi Luffyop,

Thank you for your question. That may very well have been a good question to ask, but our store deliveries are primarily for Magic Online items. So we don’t deliver most of our purchases in physical space, but rather through Magic Online.

  3. It would have been nice to be able to include a comment at the end.

I just wanted to say though, that it would be nice to see some more constructed content. For me personally, not Standard. But Modern and Legacy. Also I don’t know if you guys are familiar with Duel Commander, but I would tune in every week for that.

  4. Hi Jared– This particular survey service had good features, which is why we selected it, but unfortunately it didn’t easily facilitate a comment option. I’m glad you chose to come here and post your thoughts, though. I, too, would like to feature more videos of interesting constructed formats here! :)

  5. I really enjoy the “Simon Says” series. He is the only person I know to record high-quality-drafts. Where the other drafters make bad jokes, he concentrates on the game and is far more entertaining even though. It is only for his series that I visit this website and I want to thank you for publishing his videos!

  6. I would like to see a constructed series where someone takes the deck that won the latest GP and they run it through a daily regardless of the format. Called the gontlet or something.

  7. There were a few questions to which I had to give answers that weren’t really indicative of my actual reasons for the answer. For example when answering why I do not use the MTGOA bots to buy cards the closest answer I could give was “the prices are not good” which isn’t all that accurate. I mostly don’t use them because I have a couple of other bots that I started using first which are usually at the same price range. I always have a bit of leftover credit with them I would rather not start trading with more bots and leaving more partial ticket credits spread out amongst various traders.

Also, my primary interest is in Limited format and, of course, I would love to see more content for that format here.
