  1. Stayed up an extra hour watching this and loved it! I don’t recall much except that it was funny.

  2. I stopped playing decks like this because it became increasingly hard to find a game. That being said, I still think I have the most fun when I know that everyone else isn’t having any. Fun Vampires ftw.

  3. I guess you have an appropriate nickname online :D

Was actually laughing towards the end, good stuff.

  4. There is nothing wrong with posting a video where you lose. In fact those can often be the most instructive.

PS – Mask > Animal Skulls, even ones with bullet holes in ‘em.

  5. That was kind of painful, I feel a little bad for the other guys. But not that bad.

  6. Weird that not 1 of the three green decks could kill one artifact … they might be doing it wrong.

also … I also always thought it was funny that the Mask plane turned into a helicopter … ha

  7. Usurp Synapse was an emo violence band from Indiana. The group combined fast and frantic grindcore influenced drumming and guitar work, and raw screams.

    Members
    John Scott – Vocals, Keyboards
    Travis Chance – Drums
    Don Kirkland – Guitar
    Tony Dryer – Bass
    Brandon – Guitar
    Antonio – Vocals

Trav gave me the whole discography, but I lost it when I reformatted my HD.

  8. AJ Goldman still has one of your CD’s in his CD wallet. As a matter of fact last time I was in the car with him I made him put it in.

  9. lol @ emo violence. I’d call ‘em “noisegrind”, since I genre stickler. If you like, check out Leng Tch’e, Pig Destroyer, Cephalic Carnage, or maybe even Dillinger Escape Plan/Converge. Might even like frenetic techdeath. :)

Travis is into faerie music now. Sad. We pray for blastbeats.

I wish this was a metal website and not a Magic one!

  10. “I wish this was a metal website and not a Magic one!” – ChrisKool
    Uhm,…hell, no!

*Listens to Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto #3

  11. Wow. I don’t know which is worse – your *beep* rambling throughout the video, or the fact that you think you’re clever and amusing. People like you should never be allowed near screen capture software, not to mention EDH games. *beep*.

  12. Fred,

All that matters is that you took an hour of your time to watch it: TROPHY! No need for potty talk, friend. I don’t think I’m anything other than a dude making a video.

    Ronin,

Even when I was in in the glorious childhood moments of childhood I thought: isn’t a plane turning into a helicopter a technological demotion? It’s like having a submarine that turns into a canoe.

    Hohoho,

The Charleston on Bedford Ave, right across from the L stop. 2-and-a-half-years of my life in that butthole smelling rectangle!

    Everyone else,

    Thunder! Thunder! Thunder! Thundercats HO!

  13. Helicopters are tactically and strategically more flexible than jets/planes of any kind. It is like cocmparing lightning bolt to fire/ice. Nothing is better than lightning bolt at what it does, but it can’t do everything. Hence, a plane that transforms into a helicopter = the nutz!

  14. “All that matters is that you took an hour of your time to watch it: TROPHY!”

Umm, no I didn’t. You know what you can do with that trophy.

  15. I even have a record of Fax Arcana with original (printed out on MS Word) lyrics sheet

  16. Ok…
    Thundercats critique= hilarious
MASK= Nostalgic, i owned the skybolt plane at one point
    your deck= evil
2 opponents conceding and crying like girls= priceless
